These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Aumaujaya Aagna Membership (“Services”), including access to the website (the “Site”) and any software available through the site (“Software”)and related services offered by Aumaujaya Aagna Membership.
Throughout these Terms, we describe users of the Services as “Users”. Users may receive certain Services by agreeing to the terms of an order form (“Order Form”) with Aumaujaya Aagna Membership.

By agreeing to an Order Form or by accessing, using, or browsing the Site or Software you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms. If the individual accepting these Terms is accepting on behalf of a company or legal entity, such individual represents that they have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms, in which case the term “User” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If the individual accepting these Terms does not have such authority or does not agree with these Terms, such individual must not accept these Terms and may not use the Services.
1. Aumaujaya Aagna Membership Services
Aumaujaya Aagna Membership is a spiritual wing dedicated to the entire human beings. Living in the world, we face so many problems where sometimes we will become helpless. We intend to unite the human race irrespective of geographical location, gender, religion, caste, and creed. We are stepping toward One Man One Globe to erase geographical boundaries. We intend to unite everyone and work together when a problem comes. We are creating a gigantic family where you will get help in needy times and will make you part in helping others. Services provided are at our discretion which shall be communicated to the Users from time to time.
2. Privacy Policy
Please refer to Aumaujaya Aagna Membership’s privacy policy by clicking here (the “Privacy Policy”) for information on how Aumaujaya Aagna Membership collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from Users. By using the Site, you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Registration Data; Account Security
User accounts may also be registered on your behalf by your employer pursuant to an Order Form. Upon the registration or use of a User Account, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to the Site or Software, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to the Site or Software. You are responsible for all activity on your User Account.
4. Fees, Charges, Taxes
Fees and other charges for the Services are described on the Site or as described on an Order Form. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the fees and charges in any applicable jurisdiction. The amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, unless it is a case of excess deduction or deducted more than once, upon verification.
5. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
You waive and shall not assert any claims or allegations of any nature whatsoever against Aumaujaya Aagna Membership, its affiliates or subsidiaries, other partners, any of their successors or assigns, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents or employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) arising out of or in any way relating to your use of the Site, Services or Content, including, without limitation, any claims or allegations relating to the alleged infringement of proprietary rights, alleged inaccuracy of Content, or allegations that any Released Party has or should indemnify, defend or hold harmless you or any third party from any claim or allegation arising from your use or other exploitation of the Site or Services. You use the Services at your own risk.
Without limitation of the foregoing, neither Aumaujaya Aagna Membership nor any other Released Party shall be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind arising out of your , use of Services, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site, Services or Content, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from your reliance on the Site, Services Content or other information obtained from Aumaujaya Aagna Membership or any other Released Party or accessible via the Site, or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of User Content or other data, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to the Site, any User, or any other Released Party’s records, programs or services.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Aumaujaya Aagna Membership, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the Services exceed any amount paid by you for Services.
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aumaujaya Aagna Membership and the other Released Parties from any loss, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims and proceedings arising out of your use of the Services and from the use of the Site and Services by any person to whom you give access to your account.
6. Applicable Law and Venue
You and Aumaujaya Aagna Membership both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Services. Therefore, you and Aumaujaya Aagna Membership explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Site and Services will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, applicable therein.
If you choose to access the Site and/or Services from locations other than India, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of such other jurisdiction and you agree to indemnify Aumaujaya Aagna Membership and the other Released Parties for your failure to comply with any such laws.
7. Termination/Modification of License and Site Offerings
Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, Aumaujaya Aagna Membership reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, without any notice or liability to you, to (a) terminate your License to use the Services, or any portion thereof; (b) block or prevent your future access to and use of all or any portion of the Site, Services or Content; (c) change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, Services or Content; and (d) impose limits on the Site, Services or Content. If these Terms expire or terminate for any reason, Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, and any representation or warranty you make in these Terms, shall also survive indefinitely.
8. Modification of Terms
Aumaujaya Aagna Membership reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline applicable to the Site and/or Services, at any time and in its sole discretion. If we do so, we will post a notice in the Site visible to you the next time you access the Site. If you do not agree with the changes, your only remedy is to cease use of the Site and Services and cancel your account with us without further obligation, if you have one. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site and Services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes and/or modifications. You should from time to time review the Terms and any policies and documents incorporated in them to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site and Services. The Terms will always show the ‘last updated date at the top. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services.
9 .Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Aumaujaya Aagna Membership may assign any or all of its rights hereunder to any party without your consent. You are not permitted to assign any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Aumaujaya Aagna Membership, and any such attempted assignment will be void and unenforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aumaujaya Aagna Membership regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications whether electronic, oral or written between you and Aumaujaya Aagna Membership regarding your use of the Site and Services. The parties confirm that it is their wish that these Terms, as well as any other documents relating to this Terms, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.
